Robert James Ramsay (born September 2, 1986) is a Canadian actor.[1] Rob is known for the role as Donnie in Blue Mountain State[2] as well as Percy Budnick in Aaron Stone[3]. He also starred in a short film called Patch Town[4][5][6] which is set as a feature film for the Toronto International Film Festival, 2011[7].

Rob was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Ramsay was approached by a director who scouted local football players to be in a movie and cast Rob in his first role.[8] After attending high school, Rob studied dramatic arts at Acadia University[9] and continued working on projects such as Aaron Stone,[10]The Jon Dore Show[11] and Pure Pwnage.[12] He graduated from Acadia University as the class Valedictorian of 2010. Rob was accepted into the New School of Drama in New York[13] but turned it down to pursue acting full-time. In 2010, Rob co-starred on Blue Mountain State[14] and took a lead role in a short film called Patch Town,[15]which is set to premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, 2011[16].
